Painting Your Breath: A Watercolor & Soma-Line Workshop For All Levels

You’ll begin by tuning in to your natural rhythm of breath, then learn how to translate those rhythms into simple, intuitive marks on paper. Layering watercolor washes with linework, you’ll create a personal visual “map” of your inner state, while also practicing techniques to reduce stress and support self-awareness. No art or therapy experience required—just a willingness to explore how creativity and the body can work together to foster rhythms of wholeness.
